Dr. Uwe Eberhardt is a seasoned professional in Lean Thinking, currently serving as the Global Head of Excellence & Quality at ENERCON, a position they have held since 2021. With a robust background in quality performance and corporate excellence, Dr. Eberhardt has also held several leadership roles, including Vice President of Corporate Excellence & Execution. They previously led the Business Unit Compounds at con-pearl GmbH from 2015 to 2018. Dr. Eberhardt holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School and multiple master's degrees in Innovation and Technology Management as well as Business Administration.
