Janet Loop

Janet Loop has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Janet started their career at Boston Edison in 1984, where they held multiple positions until 1999. Janet then worked at SmartEnergy from an unknown start date until 2003, focusing on finance. Janet joined Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 2005 and worked in procurement until 2015. During this time, they also worked at WorldEnergy as a Market Director from an unknown start date until 2015. In 2004, Janet started working at EnerNOC, initially as a Market Director and eventually transitioning to the role of Principal Energy Procurement Manager until 2015. In 2015, they became a self-employed Energy Consultant, working with multiple companies until 2016. Currently, Janet is a Managing Partner/VP Energy Markets at EnerConnex, LLC, a position they have held since July 2016.

Janet Loop attended Boston College from 1979 to 1983, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance, General. Later, from 1987 to 1992, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, with a concentration in Management Information Systems.
