Dorothy D. has over 25 years of work experience. Dorothy began their career with Xerox in 1995 as an Account Support Associate Coordinator and Account Support Associate. Dorothy then progressed to become an Account Coordinator and Client Account Manager. In 2009, Dorothy moved to the role of Client Delivery Manager at Xerox. In 2012, they joined Enerex (fka Powermatrix) as a Customer Success Manager, where they managed a portfolio of new and long-term clients to ensure successful adoption of an energy-specific SaaS platform. Dorothy built strong client relationships to nurture long-term growth and confidence in the platform and the company.
Dorothy D. obtained an Associate of Applied Science in Business from the College of DuPage. Dorothy then continued their studies in Business Management at the University of Phoenix. In January 2016, they received a certification in Human-Centered Design: an Introduction from Coursera Course Certificates.
