Ritesh Jha has a long history of customer success and business development experience. Ritesh began their career in 2014 as an Area Sales Manager at CodeLand InfoSolutions Pvt. Ltd., where they were responsible for writing reports and attending conferences and exhibitions to represent their Vehicle Tracking System products, as well as giving information to customers about their Fleet Management Solution, School Bus Management System, Solid Waste Management System, and Passenger Information System products. Ritesh then moved on to Society Partners in 2015, where they held the same role and was responsible for responding quickly and resourcefully to customer requests or concerns. In 2016, Ritesh began working at Noble Systems INDIA as a Business Development Manager and a Manager Business Development, where they were responsible for prospecting, lead generation, and setting follow-up calls for SMB and Enterprise sales, as well as tracking and managing current and potential customers using Noble's CRM platform. Ritesh then moved on to Trignodev Softwares Pvt Ltd. as a Sr. Business Development Executive, where they were responsible for bid management processing and managing order levels, maintaining the CRM database, and preparing proposals. Ritesh then joined Adobe in 2018 as a Customer Success Manager, where they were responsible for educating customers on Adobe Digital Marketing solutions, working with sales executives to develop an implementation plan, and working with sales executives on Greenfield customers to accelerate value realization through a seamless onboarding experience. Ritesh is currently working at both Enerex and Powerserv Technologies Private Limited as a Customer Success Manager.
Ritesh Jha completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science at N.I.T.M, Sitholi between 2008 and 2012.
