Gates Barman

Gates Barman brings extensive experience in design management and coordination within the engineering sector, having held various roles from 1974 to the present. Notable positions include Design Manager at Texas Systems & Controls, Inc., where 3D piping and structural design for skid mounted process equipment was executed, and CAD Manager/Coordinator at Hanover Compression, responsible for the organization of computer-aided equipment needs and training of designers. Gates also served as Design Coordinator at Gulf Interstate Engineering, Project Coordinator at Worley International, and Piping Design Supervisor at Trentham Corporation/Graff Engineering Corporation. A consistent focus on piping design and checking has been evident throughout Gates' career, featuring proficiency in CADWorx Pipe and Rebis Autoplant software. Educational background includes service in the United States Navy Submarine Service and a Bachelor of Theology from Cornerstone University.
