Jason has held various leadership roles, including Team Lead in Gas Reciprocation, and has contributed as a Technical Specialist, providing advanced technical guidance that optimizes workflows. As a Standards & Product Line Management Designer, Jason led initiatives that resulted in significant cost savings and effective product launch presentations. Previous experience includes mastering SolidWorks and designing heavy oil field equipment at NOV Rolligon.
