Ryan Carson

Project Manager - Customer Success Operations at Energage

Ryan Carson has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. Ryan began their career as a Cart Attendant and Busboy at Woodstone Country Club and Lodge in 2015. In 2016, they worked as a News Anchor at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. In 2017, they were a Customer Service Intern at DLL. Ryan then worked as a Telesales Executive and Account Manager at DLL in 2018. In 2019, they began working at Energage as a Customer Success Advisor, a role in which they provided data-driven insights, guidance, adoption driving activity, and support for clients. Ryan was later promoted to Senior Customer Success Advisor and then Project Manager - Customer Success Operations.

Ryan Carson attended Parkland High School from 2010 to 2014 and then West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 2014 to 2018, where they studied Communication and Media Studies. In April 2020, they obtained a Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org.
