Dan Boyd

Dan Boyd is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in renewable energy development, currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer at Current since 2020. As the Founder of Ozone Renewables since 2010, Dan has focused on utility-scale solar, wind, and energy storage projects in the eastern United States. Prior roles include Vice President of Development North Region at Renewable Energy Systems Americas Inc., where Dan led a team and managed significant project sales, and Development Consultant at AES Energy Storage. Dan's expertise spans various leadership and development positions, complemented by a BS in Civil Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy and an MBA from the University of Connecticut School of Business, alongside advanced leadership training from the University of Sydney.
