Jeff Baum

Jeff Baum has worked in the field of management consulting for over 30 years. Jeff began their career at Motorola in 1990 as a Systems Design & Applications Engineer/Manager. In 1998, they moved to Motorola Japan as a Business Development Manager. In 1999, they joined PRTM as a Management Consultant, and in 2001 they became the Managing Director of PROXI Management Decisions, LLC. In 2021, they joined Energesse as the Managing Director - US. Throughout their career, Jeff has worked across many diverse industries and global geographies, helping clients to maximize their business performance, to actively implement strategy, and to diversify operational risks.

Jeff Baum has a diverse educational background. Jeff obtained an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, with a focus in Corporate Finance, Business Analytics, and Decision Modeling. Jeff also holds an MS in Electrical Engineering and Circuits & Instrumentation from the University of Arizona, and a BS in Electrical Engineering with a Bioengineering Option from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Additionally, they have a SILP Advanced Japanese Certificate from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey. Jeff also holds certifications from Frontline Systems, Inc. in Data Mining 101, Optimization 101, and Simulation and Risk Analysis 101, as well as a Camtasia 2018 Certification from TechSmith Corporation.
