Michal Pilecki

Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, where training and mentorship for key technical staff are pivotal to supporting innovation projects. As the owner and founder of managination since 2005, Micha focuses on enhancing the software development process. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, among others. Micha's expertise extends to blockchain advisory positions and significant contributions to decentralized technology infrastructures. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and has furthered education in fintech and project management.
