Stephen Catchpole has a diverse background in finance, strategy, and consultancy. Currently serving as the Finance Sector Lead at Energetics, Stephen collaborates with clients to address climate and energy transition challenges. Prior to this, Stephen held roles at Macquarie Group and Barclays Bank, where Stephen worked on business improvement, strategy, and management. With a background in mechatronics engineering and a graduate diploma in applied finance and investing, Stephen brings a unique skill set to their work in the finance industry.
