Glen Bailey

Glen Bailey is an experienced professional in customer value management and sales, currently serving as the Head of CVM & Retail Development at Energia Group since October 2021, overseeing initiatives for approximately 750,000 customers. Prior to this role, Glen held various positions within Energia from September 2014, including Senior CVM & Retention Manager and Sales & Customer Value Manager. Glen's career includes significant experience at Sky Ireland as a Sales Manager and at Three Ireland as Head of Indirect Sales. Additionally, a year-long travel sabbatical occurred between June 2011 and June 2012. Glen's early career included a role as an International Food Commodities Trader at AgraKepak International, and educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Management (Marketing) and a Diploma in Marketing from Technological University Dublin.
