Energii is a fast-growing Reformer and fitness brand redefining how people train, move, and recharge. With a strong presence in Denmark and Sweden, we currently operate 25+ studios across Denmark and 4 studios in Stockholm, bringing high-quality, experience-driven training to a rapidly expanding community.

At Energii, we specialize in Reformer training and our signature Heat It Up classes, offering a diverse range of sessions designed to improve strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. Every class is built around a holistic approach to health, focusing not only on physical performance, but also on balance, recovery, and long-term sustainability for the body.

Education is a core pillar of our business. Through our Reformer School, we are building the next generation of highly skilled instructors, setting new standards for quality, technique, and professionalism within the industry. By investing in education, we ensure consistency across our studios while empowering trainers to grow and excel within the Energii universe.

Our ambition is clear: to scale Energii across Scandinavia and into the broader European market, setting a new standard for modern, accessible, and results-driven fitness experiences.

Driven by innovation, community, and a deep commitment to quality.
