Jun Bum Kwon

Jun Bum Kwon is a power system engineer with over 10 years of experience in power electronics and power systems, specializing in HVDC interconnection projects and renewable energy integration. They earned a PhD in Power Electronics from Aalborg University and have held significant roles at Energinet, where they currently work as a Senior Power System Engineer focusing on enabling 100% renewable energy integration in Denmark. Jun Bum Kwon also has experience as a Research Engineer at LS Industrial Systems and was a Senior Engineer at Ørsted, contributing to offshore/onshore wind farm projects. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in system-level studies, simulation model development, and harmonic analysis.
