Louise Agger has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in UX design. Louise currently works at Energinet as a Lead UX Designer, supporting the design team and creating user-driven designs to aid the green transition. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior UX & Product Designer at Energinet, where they redesigned and built a system for monitoring the energy system. Louise also has experience as a Senior UX Designer at AUTOproff Danmark A/S, a User Experience Designer at Elsevier, and an Associate Professional Business Analyst at DXC Technology. Their early career included a role as an Associate Publisher at River Publishers, where they handled PhD publications and aided in conference organization.

Louise Agger holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Architecture from Aalborg University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sprog og Internationale Studier (Engelsk) from the same university, completing it from 2010 to 2013. As part of their educational experience, Louise also participated in the Erasmus Student Programme at London South Bank University in 2012, where they studied Arts and Human Sciences. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including a Yellow Belt in Accessibility WCAG 2.0 from Deque Systems, Inc in 2018 and a Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance in October 2016.
