David P Sofrà is a Senior Partner and the National Partner in Charge of KPMG’s Workforce Advisory, Indirect Tax, Digital Solutions, and Innovation practices, currently leading strategic initiatives that drive transformation and business value for clients. As the Chief Technology Officer and Asia Pacific Leader of KPMG’s Workforce and Payroll Transformation practice, they oversee a regional team delivering innovative solutions in technology and digital services. With over 20 years of management consulting experience, David has partnered with multinational organizations to address strategic challenges and promote digital transformation. They are also a published author and active member of industry advisory committees, providing leadership on workforce issues and digital disruption. David studied at Monash University and holds degrees in Mathematics and Physics, Commerce/Law, and is currently pursuing a Master's in AI.
