Benjamin R. began their career in 2012 as a Web & Mobile Developer at Fortutech. In 2013, they took on a Full Stack Developer role as a Freelance at Caansoft. In 2014, they joined ING Bank France as an Ops Engineer, later becoming a Chapter Lead Ops Engineer and Mobile Applications Manager. That same year, they also began working at Zenika as a Full Stack Developer, Trainer, and Scrum Master. In 2018, they became a DevOps Engineer at Energisme and a Coach DevOps at SOAT.

Benjamin R. completed a Master Informatique - M.I.A.G.E. - Computer Methods Applied to Business Management at Université d'Orléans from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Licence Informatique - M.I.A.G.E. - Computer Methods Applied to Business Management from the same university from 2009 to 2012. Benjamin also holds a Certified ScrumMaster® from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in July 2015, and an AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator (Renewed) from Microsoft, obtained in September 2021.
