Michael Stephens is currently the Engineering Manager at Energist, where they lead industrial and mechanical design efforts. Previously, they held significant roles at CyDen as both a Senior Product Design Engineer and the Head of Industrial & Mechanical Design, contributing to the development of home-use beauty devices. Michael's experience also includes working as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Invensys Controls and Schneider Electric, as well as earlier roles focused on product design and development. They earned a BEng (Hons) in Product Design Technology from Swansea University.
