Koen Bunders

Koen Bunders is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in implementing Holacracy® within organizations. As a Partner at Energized.org since January 2015, Koen guides teams and organizations in adopting this governance system. Previously, as the Owner of Collective Impact Services from June 2013 to December 2014, Koen provided training, coaching, and leadership in Holacracy® implementation. Prior to these roles, Koen took a sabbatical, worked as a Business Consultant in Sustainability at Logica from October 2009 to July 2012, and served as a Business Information Analyst at Logica from May 2001 to September 2008. Early career experience included project management consulting at Contigo from September 1997 to April 2001. Koen holds degrees from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, De Haagse Hogeschool, and Hugo Grotius Delft.
