Josh Notes

Josh Notes is the founder of the Sustain CFO team, providing financial leadership and advisory services. They served on the Board of Advisors for Elemental Education from 2011 to 2020 and co-founded greeNEWit, where they scaled energy efficiency solutions from 2008 to 2016. As Managing Director at Terrapin Ventures from 2005 to 2010, they focused on real estate revitalization through algorithmic acquisitions. Currently, they hold positions as Managing Partner at Sustain CFO, Director of Finance at EFW Corp., and Director of Development at Energy Artisans, while previously offering fractional CFO services to AArrow Sign Spinners from 2017 to 2023. Josh earned a degree in Financial Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, where they studied from 2002 to 2006.
