Sofia Diggins is an experienced Energy Transition Analyst currently modeling the North American biofuel market at Energy Aspects since June 2024. Prior to this role, Sofia worked at the Carbon Containment Lab focusing on woody biomass to energy and at the Coalition for Renewable Natural Gas as an intern emphasizing landfill methane sequestration and food waste diversion. Sofia has also served as a Sustainability Analyst at the Yale Student Investment Group analyzing waste and energy sector stocks, and held positions at Yale University’s Office of Undergraduate Admissions and Yale Carbon Containment Lab. Additional experience includes a Teaching Assistant role at Yale School of Management for ESG Investing, an internship at J.P. Morgan in Energy Investment Banking, and an ESG Strategy Intern position at Union Pacific Railroad. Sofia obtained a degree in Environmental Studies from Yale University, with prior education at CEPE-UNAM.
