Leonardo, Jr. Aguinaldo is currently a Human Resources Business Partner at Energy Development Corporation, with 17 years of experience in Human Resource Management, specializing in Training and Development. Previously, Leonardo served as a Learning and Growth Manager at Marco Polo Ortigas Manila and held various roles including HR Manager at Ortigas Land Corporation and Senior Manager of Learning and Development at Okada Manila. Building a proven track record in the hospitality industry, Leonardo has successfully initiated corporate training programs and spearheaded employee engagement initiatives. They earned an AB in International Studies from De La Salle University and a Master's degree in Management from the University of the Philippines.
