Jonathan Terry

Jonathan Terry is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Legal Counsel at Energy Development Oman since November 2024. Jonathan's background encompasses significant positions in reputable firms such as Linklaters, where roles included Managing Associate and Associate in Energy & Infrastructure, as well as a Legal Secondee at TAQA Group. Jonathan's legal career began at Clifford Chance and Linklaters, progressing from Associate to Trainee Solicitor across various sectors including Project Finance. Prior to the legal field, Jonathan worked as Projects Manager at The Middle East Association and Senior Risk Analyst at Maplecroft. Jonathan holds an MPhil in Anthropology and Development Studies from the University of Cambridge, a Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course from The University of Law, an MA in Near and Middle Eastern Studies from Durham University, and a BSc in International Relations and Economics from Prifysgol Aberystwyth University.
