John Sullivan

John Sullivan is a seasoned journalist with extensive experience in reporting and editing across various publications. Currently serving as a Senior Reporter at Energy Intelligence since April 2004, John focuses on technical advancements in the Exploration and Production (E&P) industry, as well as Arctic developments and significant events like the Macondo disaster. Prior to this role, John contributed to The Daily Advertiser from August 1990 to April 2004, fulfilling multiple positions including Reporter, Religion Editor, Business Writer, and Copy Desk Editor. John began the journalism career at the Ruston Daily Leader as an intern in 1979, later advancing to Reporter and City Editor at the Houma Daily Courier from January 1980 to August 1990. John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Louisiana Tech University.
