Slava Pachev

Slava Pachev started their work experience at the University of Minnesota in 2010 as an IT Help Desk Consultant, where they provided technical assistance and support for computer systems, software, and hardware. In 2011, they became the Operations Manager/Owner of Pain Relief Co, where they established a retail business selling medical devices and managed company operations, accounting, supply chain, recruiting, and training. Slava then joined XPO Logistics, Inc. in 2016 as an Operations Manager I & II, responsible for operating the business within budget guidelines and acting as a liaison between clients, contractors, customers, and XPO Logistics. In 2020, Slava joined eXp Realty as a Project Manager, analyzing potential site locations and leading a team of contractors to ensure project adherence to budget, schedule, cost containment, and quality control. Currently, they are working at Energy Management Collaborative (EMC) since 2022 as a Project Manager, managing client engagement, product purchasing, budgeting, installation, logistics, and rebate facilitation for approved projects, and coordinating with stakeholders on technical and non-technical challenges.

Slava Pachev began their education in 2004 at Kuban State University of Technology (KubSUT) where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Organization and Control of Traffic Systems. Slava completed their studies in 2008. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Minnesota in 2008 and graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering.
