Rowan Plomp is an experienced energy manager and technical sales consultant currently working at ENERGY POOL since February 2023. Prior to this role, Rowan served as a process engineer at DAMCO Aluminium Delfzijl Cooperatie U.A. from May 2020 to December 2022, focusing on process stability, improvement, and energy-related projects following the closure of electrolysis potrooms.
