Bryan Boyce is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the HVAC and energy sectors. Currently serving as Associate Director of Engineering at Energy Solutions since November 2013, Bryan leads teams focused on decarbonization, contributing to deemed measure package development, codes and standards, as well as emerging technology evaluations. Previous roles at Energy Solutions include Senior Staff Engineer, where contributions were made to California eTRM measure and Title 24 building code measure development, and Senior Engineer, focusing on deemed incentive program design and federal and California appliance standards advocacy. Prior to Energy Solutions, Bryan worked at Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) from 2009 to 2013 as a Mechanical Engineer, emphasizing wind energy project development and zero net energy analysis. Bryan began the career as an HVAC Intern at AKF Engineers in 2006. Educational qualifications include a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University and the University of California, Berkeley, respectively, along with a certificate in HVAC from UC Berkeley Extension.
