Sofia Latifi, MBA, is a Senior People Analytics Lead with seven years of experience in corporate finance and change management at a technology company. They focus on project management, data analytics, and visualization, as well as corporate communications and process improvement. Sofia has worked collaboratively with cross-functional teams, led initiatives in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), and developed data-driven executive dashboards in their current role.
