Previously, David worked as an Energy Specialist at RISE Engineering from December 2018 to February 2023 and served as an Energy Auditor at CLEAResult from 2015 to 2017. Prior to these roles, David worked as an Energy Auditor at Conservation Services Group from August 2007 to 2015. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Policy and Planning from Virginia Tech, earned between 2001 and 2005.
