Vic Phan

Vic Phan is a software developer intern at Energy Toolbase. Vic previously worked as a constituency assistant at the Parliament of Canada and as a tutor at Kumon Canada Inc.

Vic is responsible for cleaning and managing constituent databases of over 50 thousand entries. Vic also composes letters expressing the Member's position on important federal issues. In addition, Vic provides advice to constituents seeking help on a number of topics and represents or accompanies the Member of Parliament at numerous events within the constituency.

Vic Phan graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering and a minor in Data Science from the Schulich School of Engineering at the University of Calgary. Vic also holds a certification from the International Baccalaureate in IB Diploma and another certification from the International Centre for French Studies (Ministry of Education of France) in Diplôme d'études en langue française (DELF) - B2.
