Sandro Santos

Sandro Santos has extensive experience in quality assurance and software testing, currently serving as Head of Quality Assurance at Energy21 since November 2015. Prior roles include Outsystems Developer and QA Manager, with a focus on software testing, Agile methodologies, and automation framework development. Prior to Energy21, Sandro worked at NOESIS Portugal as a Senior Test Consultant, and at NOS SGPS as Test Manager and Test Project Leader, managing testing teams and projects. Early career roles include a System Technician at darwin and IT Operations Consultant at AXA Seguros Portugal. Sandro holds multiple certifications, including ISTQB Certified Tester and ITIL Foundations, alongside training in Outsystems. Education includes technology studies at Universidade Lusófona and secondary education at Escola Secundária do Cartaxo.
