Seth Berggren

Seth Berggren has four years of work experience. From 2017-2020, they were a Teach For America Corps Member and worked as an 8th Grade Mathematics Teacher at Medrano Middle School. During this time, they focused on preparing students for their state standardized assessment (STAAR) and collaborated with their peers to increase school-wide 8th grade math STAAR scores. In 2020, they transitioned to a Secondary Math Teacher at CityLab High School, where they taught Honors Algebra 2, Honors Precalculus, and AP Calculus AB to approximately 140 students each year. Seth also worked to develop quality, engaging lessons for their students. In 2022, they began working as a Junior Software Engineer for EnergyBot.

Seth Berggren earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematical Economic Analysis and Computational and Applied Mathematics from Rice University between 2013 and 2017.
