Will Flint

Will Flint has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Will started their career as a Key Account Manager at City Electrical Factors in February 2013 and held this position until April 2014. During this time, they also worked as an Energy Reduction Analyst - Electrical Systems.

From October 2014 to January 2017, Will worked as a Commercial Director at TRADE10, a cloud-based electrical procurement platform. In this role, they specialized in streamlining the B2B buyer-supplier relationship and maximizing efficiency in the procurement process.

In July 2017, Will became the CEO of Energym®, a low carbon smart-tech scale-up based in Birmingham, UK. Under their leadership, the company focused on designing and developing patent-pending fitness technology to harness the power of human energy.

In January 2018, Will took on the role of Chairman at Drop The Knife Foundation, a charitable organization and social movement aimed at preventing knife crime in the UK. Will worked with the Police Crime Commissioner and other charitable partners to deliver workshops to schools and communities. Their team also developed a powerful VR experience to discourage young people from carrying knives.

Will Flint's education history includes studying at Bromsgrove School from 1993 to 2005, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Later, from 2007 to 2008, they attended ACM and obtained a Higher Diploma in Music Industry and Business Studies. In 2009, they enrolled at Oxford Brookes University and completed a BA (Honours) degree in Business and Marketing Management in 2012.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Will Flint was awarded the Male Innovator Of The Year in 2021 by The Technology Supply Chain.
