Marcin Bugajski

Marcin Bugajski is the Chief Executive Officer and a co-founder of Energynat Group, which provides advisory and financial intermediation for SMEs and corporations up to 80 million PLN and financing for individuals. They are a Board Member and Co-Founder of Energynat Solutions since 2019. They previously served as Managing Director of Profinance S.A. from 2014 to 2021 and as Chief Financial Officer of EnergyNAT Sp. z o.o. from 2018 to 2021. They earned a Master's degree in Financial and Insurance Mathematics from Lodz University of Technology (1999–2004), completed postgraduate studies in Psychological Competencies and Negotiating Skills in Company at SGH Warsaw School of Economics (2006–2008), and earned a postgraduate degree in Academy of Leadership Psychology from Warsaw University of Technology Business School (2020–2021).
