Jari Markkanen

Jari Markkanen is an accomplished technology and project management expert with extensive experience in various leadership roles across several companies. Currently serving as Head of Technology Excellence, Information Security Manager, and Senior Program Manager at Enerim since April 2022, Jari has previously held significant positions at Qvantel, including Agile Coach, Senior Project Manager, and Chief Quality Officer, from March 2018 to April 2022. Jari's earlier career at Oy Samlink Ab involved roles such as Line Manager and Project Manager. Jari also contributed to Digia from 2000 to 2013 in roles including Scrum Explorer and System Designer, along with project management responsibilities for various software projects. Jari's professional journey began at Honeywell as a summer trainee focused on developing specific keyboard drivers. Jari holds a Master of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Jyväskylä, obtained between 1995 and 2001.
