Eric Borseth has over 20 years of work experience in procurement and strategic sourcing roles. Eric started their career as a Purchasing Intern at Wacker Corporation, where they were part of a team that improved the supply chain and developed relationships with suppliers. Eric then worked as a Buyer III at Motorola, a Buyer at Johnson Controls Inc, and a Senior Buyer and Commodities Manager at Oshkosh Truck. In these roles, Eric gained experience in procurement, negotiation, and supplier management.

Since 2012, Eric has been working at Enerpac, starting as a Strategic Sourcing Manager and then progressing to Global Supply Chain Team Coordinator and Strategic Sourcing Leader. In these positions, they led teams and managed procurement responsibilities, achieving organizational goals and improving key metrics from suppliers. Currently, Eric is working as a Procurement Manager at Enerpac. Eric Borseth earned a BBA degree from the Lubar College of Business from 1994 to 1999. Eric'smajors were Production and Operations Management and Real Estate, with minors in Economics and Psychology. In 1998, they also studied Economics at the University of Newcastle in Australia. Prior to attending college, Eric attended James Madison Memorial from 1990 to 1993.
