Jon Bice

Jon Bice has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jon began their career at Festival Foods, working various roles such as Cart-Runner, Cashier, and Dairy. After that, they worked at Redline Watersports as a Pro Shop Sales associate, followed by a role as Business Manager at La Crosse Area Harley Davidson. Jon then worked as a Sales Representative at Weasler Engineering and as Pro Shop Manager at Swiss Waterski Resort.

In 2012, Jon joined Actuant Corporation's Sales Management Development Program, where they gained experience in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, and Human Resources. After completing the program in 2015, they joined Gits Manufacturing Co. as a Sales Engineer, focusing on the Lubrication and Ventilation Devices product line.

From 2014 to 2018, Jon worked at Hydratight in various roles, including Account Manager and Product Account Manager for the Power Generation - Renewables industry, with a specific focus on Wind Energy. Jon was responsible for supporting and growing Hydratight's bolting and machining solutions for global OEMs, national contractors, and regional maintenance teams.

Today, Jon is with Enerpac, where they hold the position of Director of Bolting - Americas' since October 2018. Recently, in January 2022, they have also taken on the role of Global Product Line Director, specifically handling Torque, Tension, and Power Generation. Overall, Jon's work experience demonstrates their expertise in sales, account management, and product development across various industries.

Jon Bice attended Onalaska High School from 2001 to 2005. Jon then went on to the University of Wisconsin-Stout, where they pursued a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration from 2005 to 2010.
