Eloisa De Castro is a business executive and board member who has experience in the energy, infrastructure, and education industries. Eloisa is currently the CEO of Enerpoly, a position they have held since May 2020. Prior to their current role, De Castro served as the Director of Market Operations and Program Management at Modern Energy from September 2019 to May 2020. In this role, they led market operations and program management within two of Modern's portfolio companies focused on energy asset monetization, power market trading capability, and an advanced cross-portfolio IT platform for wholesale energy market insights.
De Castro has also served as a board member for the INSEAD Alumni Association Sweden from September 2017 to May 2018. In this role, they provided resources to alumni to support their careers and organized events with industry leaders. Additionally, De Castro has held the role of Chief Technology Officer at Hoplite Power from June 2015 to July 2016 and Guest Lecturer/Design Reviewer at Princeton University from September 2011 to December 2012.
