Kari Sundbäck

Kari Sundbäck is the Chief Executive Officer of Enersense International Oyj, a position they have held since 2024. They bring 20+ years of transformative leadership with P&L responsibility for organizations up to 1.6 billion euros and have led international teams in digital building solutions, energy-efficient infrastructure, elevator and building access technologies, consumer electronics, and telecommunications. Previously, they served as Executive Vice President at Caverion, Head of Strategy, Marketing, Communications and Supply Operations, and as Executive Vice President for Services, Solutions, Digital and Sustainability, overseeing large global business units and strategic transformations. They also held leadership roles at KONE and Nokia Siemens Networks, including leading the KONE Way operating model transformation and multi-country accounts with significant P&L scope. They hold a Master of Science degree from Helsinki University of Technology (1990–1995) and have served as a board member of Helsingin Suomalainen Yhteiskoulu since 2020.
