Teija Aro

Teija Aro (nee Jylhänkoski) has work experience in project planning and control. From 2017 to the present, they have worked at Enersense International Oy, initially as a Project Control Manager at the Engineering & Manufacturing Business Unit and later as a Project Control Manager and Project Planning Director at the Smart Industry Division. At Enersense, they utilized planning tools such as Primavera P6 and Safran Project. Prior to their time at Enersense, Teija worked at Technip from 2001 to 2017. Teija held the positions of Senior Project Planner and Project Planner (planning engineer) during this period. Teija gained experience in large Spar Hull projects and various subsea module projects while using planning tools such as Artemis, Safran Project, and Primavera P6.

Teija Aro (nee Jylhänkoski) obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) Tech. Management and Information Technology degree with a major in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tampere University of Technology in the years 2011-2016. Teija also pursued a Diploma in Operations Management from Aalto University in 2007. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Construction Engineering from Satakunta University of Applied Sciences from 1997 to 2001. Teija Aro started their education journey with technical training as a Technical Drawer from Vocational School, Hämeenkyrö in 1995-1997. Teija then completed their secondary education with a Matriculation Examination from Senior High School, Ulvila in 1992-1995.
