William Simões

Will Sim currently serves as the Head of Strategic Events at Evolution Equity Partners since December 2022. Prior to this role, Will was the Country Manager at The Founding Network, where responsibilities included community building for high-growth SMB founders, generating revenue through commercial partnerships, and organizing various founder-focused events. Will has also held a mentorship position at the Founder Institute and the Advertising Week Accelerate Programme. Will's earlier career includes significant sales management roles at First Mile, overseeing teams and developing client relationships. Educational background includes a BMedSc in Medical Science from the University of Birmingham and A Levels and GCSEs from Sir Roger Manwood's Grammar School.
