Michael Flach

Michael Flach has worked in various roles since 2005. Michael began their career at Norton Rose Fulbright where they were an Associate in the Business Law and Technology Enterprises practice groups. Their focus was on mergers and acquisitions, oil and gas, telecommunications, outsourcing, procurement, intellectual property, brand management, banking, and general corporate commercial matters. In 2011, they became Director at SolAeroMed Inc. and then moved on to become Director at Enersoft Inc. in 2012. In 2014, they joined Greenfields Law as a Business Lawyer and in 2017 they became Vice President, Legal and General Counsel at PTW Energy Services.

Michael Flach attended the University of Calgary from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained a B.A. in Political Science. Michael then attended The University of British Columbia from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained an L.L.B. in Law.
