Colleen Ohlinger has extensive experience in customer service and operations management. Currently serving as Field Service Operations Manager at EnerSys since April 2010, Colleen has also held positions as National Account Coordinator, Service Operations Representative, and Account Specialist within the company. Prior to joining EnerSys, Colleen worked at Windstream Communications from August 1989 to January 2010, where responsibilities included supervising customer service operations and serving as a Customer Service Representative. Colleen began their career as a Lead Clerk at Penske Truck Leasing, managing warranty claims and software enhancements. Colleen holds an Associate degree in Business Management from Reading Area Community College and attended the Pace Institute.
