Eli Coyle

Director, Technical Applications And Support at EnerSys

Eli Coyle has a strong background in technical applications and support. From 2018 to present, they have worked at EnerSys as the Director of Technical Applications and Support. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2018, they held the same position at Alpha Technologies. Before entering the director role, Eli Coyle gained experience as a Technical Services Manager at Alpha Technologies from 2016 to 2022. Before joining Alpha Technologies, Eli Coyle worked at Team Technology NW as a Tier 2 Technical Support from 2013 to 2016. In this role, they provided technical support and server deployment, focusing on customer service and meeting client needs.

Eli Coyle completed an Associate's degree in Computer Networking Engineering from Bellingham Technical College between 1998 and 2000. In 2016, Eli pursued further education and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology with a security emphasis from Western Governors University.

Eli Coyle also acquired multiple certifications in various fields. In 2015, Eli obtained the MCSA: Windows 8.1 certification from Microsoft Certifications. In 2016, Eli obtained the A+ certification from CompTIA, followed by the Network+ ce certification in November of the same year. In April 2018, Eli acquired the Project+ certification from CompTIA, and in November 2018, Eli obtained the Security+ ce certification, also from CompTIA. Continuing with certifications, in February 2019, Eli acquired the Cisco CCENT Routing & Switching certification, and in July 2019, acquired the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) certification from Cisco. Lastly, in May 2019, Eli obtained the ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification from SAI Global Assurance, and in April 2021, acquired the Management Foundations certification from Cornell University.
