Jay Rocavert

Jay Rocavert serves as the Managing Director at EnerSys since June 2020, leading a team of over 300 professionals in Australia and New Zealand to enhance accessibility to power while promoting safety and sustainability. Previously, Jay held several senior roles at Schneider Electric from December 2008 to May 2020, culminating in the position of Vice President, where leadership included a team of over 350 professionals and management of significant P&L responsibilities. Jay's career also includes earlier positions at TAC and Honeywell Process Solutions, with educational qualifications including an MBA from UNSW and diplomas in electrical engineering.
