Jodi Armstrong is a Certified Yoga Instructor at YogaWorks, Inc. since July 2020, with a diverse background in human resources across various industries. Previous roles include HR Manager at Antech Diagnostics, HR Generalist at Blizzard Entertainment and Flex, and HR Consultant at Alliance Healthcare, among others. Jodi’s expertise encompasses strategic HR management, employee relations, and benefits administration, supporting businesses of various sizes. Jodi holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University.
