Mark Hart

Mark Hart, PMP, currently serves as the Engineering Manager for Munitions at EnerSys Advanced Systems, Inc. since May 2020, and has been an Army Chaplain with the Army National Guard since October 1990. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Operations Manager at Ducommun Incorporated from May 2011 to May 2020, focusing on operations and continuous improvement. Mark's academic background includes pursuing a Master of Science in Operations Management and a Project Management Graduate Certificate at the University of Arkansas, completing a Master’s Degree in Divinity/Ministry from Liberty University, and obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology. Additionally, Mark attended the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College from 2017 to 2019.
