Maxwell C. Nice

Maxwell C. Nice, Esquire, serves as Associate Counsel at EnerSys since April 2019, specializing in commercial transactions, tax, finance, global mergers and acquisitions, and real estate. Prior to this role, Maxwell worked as an Attorney at The Law Firm of Leisawitz Heller, focusing on estate planning and corporate matters from January 2018 to April 2019, and at Mogel Speidel Bobb & Kershner, P.C., where responsibilities included estate planning and administration, family law, general civil litigation, and corporate and municipal law from February 2015 to January 2018. Maxwell obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) from Duquesne University School of Law between 2010 and 2013 and holds both a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Political Science and Government and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communication from the University of Pittsburgh, completed in 2010.
