Michael Lannutti

Michael Lannutti is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Global Senior Director of Human Resources at EnerSys since June 2018, Michael oversees HR functions for the Americas region, encompassing approximately 7,700 employees across 20 manufacturing operations and numerous sales locations. Prior to this role, Michael was the Director of Human Resources at Smiths Group plc, where responsibilities included overseeing HR for a multinational organization with 22,000 employees and five operating divisions. Additional experience includes significant HR leadership roles at Benchmark Medical and Vectour, Inc., where Michael developed and implemented key HR programs and strategies. Michael holds a Master of Science in Human Resources and a Juris Doctor from Widener University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from La Salle University.
