Richard Broda

Richard Broda is an experienced Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) professional currently serving as the EHS Manager for EMEA at EnerSys since September 2023. Previously held the position of Environment, Health and Safety Manager at Mondelēz International from September 2022 to August 2023. Earlier in the career, Richard Broda worked at DRiV Incorporated as EHS Manager for the Ride Performance and Clean Air divisions and as EMEA EHS Manager between January 2016 and June 2022. Richard's extensive experience also includes serving as EHS Director for Europe at EvrazHolding (later Vítkovice Steel a.s.) from November 2011 to December 2015, and as EHS Leader at GE Aviation from July 2010 to October 2011. Richard Broda began the career as EHS Manager at AEROCAN CZ Velim from October 2005 to December 2010. Richard holds a master's degree in business and technology from Czech University of Life Sciences Prague and a bachelor's degree in agricultural engineering from the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice, alongside additional studies at Wageningen University & Research.
